Steamer W.T. Smoot Docked Wednesday March 5, 1913 for extensive repairs

March 7, 1913  very cold  down in the morning to 3 above

April 28, 1913 down to 28 above  everything froze hard

Friday April 4, 1913   Calkers and Carpenters out on Strike  they were geting 3.00 now want 3.50

Monday April 7, 1913 worked out rudder stock for Steamer Sam Clarke

Saturday March 29, 1913 went to Lock #4  Mon River to examine Steamer T.P. Roberts of U.S. Engineers

Strike at the Ways April 4, 1913 for 3.20 for 8 hour day  lost  they have an agrement to the first of August 1, 1913 but they broke it   went to work Monday May 6, 1913 at the old wage 3.00

Saturday May 4 and Monday 6, 1913 lined out a new Wheel for Steamer Boaz
