1923   Steamer Cruiser - Rover

Steamer Rover rebuilt 1923 - the old gunnel hull was 23 ft wide   this was a big job and I had a good gang    I laid the floor Plan down    John Duke took up and made the templets   Wm Lynch Jr was Foreman and lined her    made a fine job    she has new boilers  new engines

Depth 4' 8" - Beam 27' 7" - W over all 28' 6" - L on deck 139' 8" - L over all 163 ft - Net Tons 161 - G Tons 237   Depth on head coaled 5 ft - Depth light 3' 8"    The Cabin cut through the center moved out and rebuilt  4 new rooms added - new Pilot House - all new Deck frame and boiler deck new - Double Chains and Braces - new Roof - all new bulkheads - SH Steel Cylinder timbers off the Steamer Pacific #2 - new plummer blocks & brasses - new Pitman and wheel - all new rudders
