JW writes on February 24, 1912 that the CHARLOTTE is one of his biggest jobs. She returns for additional work on April 18, 1912.  Ten years later she comes in for another big job, January 13, 1922 and she is towed away from Elizabeth Marine Ways on April 9, 1922.
