The photo on the left shows the LITTLE DICK at the Point in Pittsburgh prior to 1903, the LITTLE DICK was dismantled in 1903.  Note the covered bridge in the background, the Union Bridge was replaced in 1907.

JW mentions the LITTLE DICK several times in his journal between 1898 and 1903, the first mention is March 19, 1898 and the final is June 1903.
