The LITTLE FRED is mentioned numerous times in JW's journal, the following are just a few of those entries.  The first entry listing repair work performed is on April, 8, 1898.  On February 3, 1908 the LITTLE FRED is hit by the STELLA MOREN while at the Elizabeth Marine Ways, JW is on board at the time.  June 13, 1912 has the LITTLE FRED coming in for repairs after sinking in the Ohio river. The final entries, including January 1916, list equipment being removed and placed onto newer boats.  Using the Search function on the Home Page will find all the entries referring to the LITTLE FRED.
