February 17, 1911 to March 3, 1911

Steamer Coal City docked February 17, 1911  new fantail - some plank shear - nosing forward - some sheeting - one chain fastening    repaired and left Saturday eve February 18, 1911

Steamer Joseph B. Williams off the Ways Saturday February 25, 1911   left under own steam Sunday 26th   8 men went with her to finish repairs      W. Morgan - F. Wunderlich - L. Curry - Arch and Roy McQuawn - Hen. McCreary - J. Duke - Link Pancost -   there was a big repair Job on this Boat (details I have in my little book)  while this boat was on the Ways high water January 30th and 31st, 1911   30 ft. of water came up  filled her hull and on the deck in the engine room - every man at the Ways worked one 1/2 day carring pumps - spring poles and other rigging out of her hold  had the yard about the office piled full   Gus Jutte was Captain at this time and John Martin Engineer

Monday February 27, 1911  on Model Decatur   repairs all around

on Model Barge #79   cuting down chain braces and other repairs

repairing plank shear and one timber head on Iron Barge with one square end.  this was the first Iron Barge on this river built at Browns Yard in 1882 by J.M. Hammit.

Tuesday February 28, 1911  Steamer W.T. Smoot and Dredge Southern Docked - have a gang on each one for extensive repairs

Friday night March 3, 1911   5" of snow fell
