THAT Pheobe Edith Teach is 21 years of age; resides at  
Donnelsville, County of Clark and State of Ohio;
was born in Clark County State of Ohio on the 7 day of
February 1878; by occupation is a domestic; her father's name is
Franklin Teach and her mother's maiden name was Caroline Eash;
that she has been married - times; her married name was -; 
that said parties are not nearer of kin than second cousins.

THAT it is expected that David Leatherman will solemnize the marriage.
