(Note** Richmond County, Georgia is located right across the river from
Edgefield County, South Carolina. It appears from Will records in
Edgefield County, SC that the Taliferro (Toliver) Cox families moved
back and forth between Richmond Co, GA and Edgefield Co., SC.. Other
families may have too, and so Edgefield County, SC is another possible
place to look for information on the Richmond County, GA families)
