Will dated Apr. 7, 1837 in Abbeville Dist. Prov. Sept. 29 l849. Exr:
Wife, Agnes. Wit: Jas. Black, Addline E., Margaret Burnett.  Wid. Anna
died in l849.  John T. Hadden sheweth that Mrs. Anna Ashley died
leaving a small est., which is principally indebted to Mrs. Smith for
care and attention for many yrs. the deceased being helpless.  The said
Mrs. Smith being her dtr. 

June 12, l85l Mrs. Sophia Smith $8627.
