According to Sharon (Cave) Rogers Chesley Breazeale was the oldest
son of Mr. & Mrs. George T. Breazeale. He died
tragically when he was 20 years old by drowning in the Finley River. "By some unknown cause Chesley got into a hole some eight feet deep and could not swim out, though by some it is thought he was taken with a cramp or heart trouble, from which he was unable to even call for assistance." He was the brother of Howard Taft Breazeale who was the projectionist at the local threatre in Ozark for many years. |
