MARSHALL STUBBLEFIELD (ALBERT9, BENJAMIN W.8, BEVERLY7, BEVERLY6, GEORGE5, GEORGE4, SYMON3, JEFFERYE2, WILLIAM1) was born December 02, 1910 in Bardwell, CarlisleCo, KY, and died December 26, 1996 in Memphis, TN. He married LOUISE ZULA SCHMITT, daughter of AUGUST SCHMITT and ZULA SPENCE. She was born February 18, 1911 in Cairo, IL, and died November 24, 1968 in Memphis, TN.

i. LELAND MARSHALL11 STUBBLEFIELD, b. Private.
ii. SUE STUBBLEFIELD, b. Private.
Notes for MARSHALL
STUBBLEFIELD:
Enlisted as a Private in the Army at age 16 in
1926, transferred to the Army Air Corps. Served in WWII and Korea. Retired as
Lt. Col. in the US Air Force in 1960.
After his death, during family research we
found a Half-brother he never knew. James Edward "Jimmie" Stubblefield
(Spalding) 1917-1944. Jimmie enlisted in WWII(1-9-1943) and served as Corporal
in the 253RD Armed Field Artillery Battalion until he was killed in battle in
France on Sept. 27, 1944.
