FOR GOOD CONSIDERATION, the undersigned jointly and severally forever release
and discharge John S. Walden from any and all claims, liabilities, judgments,
and proceedings, both at law and in equity, arising from my participation
in the
SURNAME DNA PROJECT

I agree to supply a paternal genealogy back to the oldest known and verified
ancestor and to allow publication in any media the name and other genealogical
information for my oldest verified ancestor along with my Y-DNA results.
I understand that the SURNAME DNA PROJECT will never publish my name along
with my results but that I am free to do so at any time and in any way I wish.
This release shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties,
their successors, assigns and personal representatives.
