Re the above info re Jonas Hargreaves, I've checked in the local studies
Library & they have no knowledge of any lead lined coffins etc, when I get
chance I will check burial records. Where does the above info come from,
SOURCE PLEASE

As to Hargreaves in Accrington, Broad Oak Print Works was taken
over by Thomas Hargreaves circa 1812, he built the Oak Hill Mansion, and
Gardens (now a public park) he also has a street named after him where I
used to live, thou why this street I don't know, he owned the houses in
Adelaide St, orignaly Swan St, one of his sons built Arden Hall and has a
school named after him, the Benjamin Hargreaves School in Plantation St,
The other son resided at Broad Oak House. Thomas Owned several properties
in Accrington, Woolhurst Bank Farm, Grange Farm, Antley Estate, & Several
Cottages in Daisy Hill Accrington. I did have a letter some time back from
some one in Australia re a Hargreaves who lost out on a venture in that
Country.
