Peculiar Allegation

vorce Filed in District Court.
In a suit
for divorce filed in the district court to-day by Sarah A. Angel
vs. J. M. Angel, the plaintiff says that on April 7, 1908,
the defendant threw himself across the bed and cried like a child,
because he was married to the plaintiff, and could not marry
a young woman with whom he was infatuated. The couple were married
in 1891 and have four children, the eldest, nine, and the youngest,
four.
