A Snapshot of Australian Families

In the past I have had occasion to assist in the research of others
whose families immigrated to Australia

The following are some of the results of that work.

Please be aware that this is not - nor is it intended to be - anything
approaching a complete history of these lines.
It is simply a "snapshot" of  these families in Australia

The BRENNANs of Kapunda.
Martin Brennan of Kilkenny, Ireland and his bride
Eliza arrived in South Australia
aboard the "Octavia" in July 1855.
They settled in the farming districts north of Adelaide.

The HERITAGE and TUIT
Families
The Heritage and Tuit Families were seafaring clans with a strong
history in the Port Adelaide District.

The MONTGOMERYs
The Montgomerys were a farming family in the
Australian state of Victoria next door to South Australia

The DUDLEYs
The children of William and Ann (Nancy) DUDLEY of Wales
who separately all came to South Australia
