p.326. W. H. Hauser & H. C. Hauser, presented the attached will of T. P. Hauser found among his effects after his death - Oliver F. Hauser, H. C. Hauer & W. H. Hauser, swore to the handwriting. 9 March 1911.
In the Superior Cout - a paper writing purporting to be the last Will & Testament of T. P. Hauser was exhibited for probate by Oliver F. Hauser, one of the sons, and proved by oath of W. H. Hauser & H. C. Hauser, that they are acquainted with the handwirting and believe that the name of T. P. Hauser inserted in the will is in his handwriting. It is adjudged to be the last Will of T. P. Hauser and is ordered recorded and filed. 9 March 1911

Will of T. P. Hauser of sound mind, etc. To wife C. V. Hauser, all my lands until my youngest child becomes 21, or during her widowhood for support of herself and my children. At her death or marriage, or youngest becomes 21 - then to be equally divided between my living children or their heirs if any have deceased, first giving my wife ample support. She to have use of the house and not to be interrupted during her natural life or widowhood and four acres of land lying in a square around the house and feed barn.
2nd. To my wife all personl property, farming tools, livestock, house & kitchen furniture, crops until the youngest is 21, during her widowhood or death. If anything left to be sold and divided, or divided among my living children or heirs.
3rd - to my wife ....will ends here - apparently the rest had been lost.

Charlotte Virginia KREEGER was born on 3 February 1858 in Forsyth County, North Carolina. She died on 30 December 1941 at the age of 83 in Shoals, Surry County, North Carolina.
