1860, still in Grainger Co. Lemuel Walters age 58, Elizabeth 48, Phebe J. 21, Mary M. 20, Melvina 17, W. G. 15, and Joseph 9.

1870, Campbell Co TN. Lemuel Watters age 65, farmer b. in TN. Elizabeth age 59, Keeping House. Jane 30, Mary 28, Melviny 26 and Joseph 19.

Elizabeth was still living in 1880. Campbell Co TN census has Elizabeth "Watters", age 68, "Mother", daughters d Jane age 40, and Melvina 38, and Mary, age 9, a granddaughter.
