George S. Stevens and Lydia (Lock) Stevens both of Smithfield, County of Somerset in consideration of five dollars paid by Elihu Stevens of Smithfield, County of Somerset and state of Maine.
Description: Town of Smithfield (in the Frost burying ground) and bounded as follows: Commencing at the head of Joshua Grant's grave at the Southwest corner and running Southerly 16 feet thence Easterly 12 feet then Northerly 16 feet thence Westerly 12 feet.
