In the name of God Amen. The last will and testament of NICHOLAS CORBIN of Baltimore County, Maryland, being sick of body but, thanks be to God in good and perfect memory. First I bequeath my body to the ground and my soul to God that gave it.

ITEM: I give and bequeath unto my grandson Thomas, Gostwick, son of Joseph Gostwick and Mary his wife, fifty acres of land being part of the tract I now dwell upon and run upon a Branch called Bridge Branch to inherit and enjoy the same at the age of One and Twenty years and continue unto him and his heirs forever.

ITEM: I give unto my daughter Elizabeth, Roberts one cow with all her future increases unto her and her heirs forever.

ITEM: I give unto my daughter Mary, Gostwick one cow with all her future increases unto her and her heirs forever.

ITEM: I give unto my son Edward, Corbin one hundred acres of land called Corbins Hill with all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging and to his lawful heirs forever.

ITEM: In final conclusion when all my debts and all and singular of above legacies to each perspective person are paid and fully acquitted and discharged and then I do fully make and ordain my truly beloved wife Alice, Corbin. whole and sole executor of all and singular my goods and chattels of what nature or quality whatsoever they be or whosoever they may or shall be found and to her proper use and to her disposal forever without any lett hindrance or molestation, of any person or persons whatsoever unto all and singular the above specified, I do here set my hand and fix my seal being my last will and testament revoking and disannulling all other wills whatsoever this 30th day of March in the year of our Lord God 1695.
