A Bixby woman died Friday night in a traffic accident in Broken Arrow, and a Bristow man died Saturday from injuries he suffered in a Creek County collision earlier in the week, authorities reported.

Terri Lynn Luhman, 45, was killed with the 1997 Ford Escort she was driving was struck on Mingo Road at Florence Street, Broken Arrow police reported.

Luhman had stopped at the intersection and was proceeding south when her car was struck by a 1998 Chevrolet Blazer traveling west on Florence, police reported.

The Blazer's driver apparently failed to stop at the stop sign, police reported. The driver, 17, was not identified by police.

The collision pushed Luhman's Escort into a Toyota sedan, but no occupants of the other vehicles were seriously injured, police reported.

Luhman was wearing a seat belt, police reported.

Christopher Moss, 20, died just before noon Saturday from injuries he suffered in a collision Tuesday on Oklahoma 66 just west of Bristow in Creek County, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

Moss was a passenger in a 1998 Ford that struck another vehicle head-on after hydroplaning and traveling left of center, state troopers reported.

Another passenger in the Ford, Robert Simmonds, 20, of Depew, died at the scene, OHP reports show.

Neither passenger was wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident, state troopers reported.
