WEINSTEIN -- Bernice "Bunny," a beloved mother and grandmother, passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2005, in Dallas. She was born October 20, 1924, in Bristow, OK to Harry and Celia Glasser. Bunny was a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and was a Teacher for 7 years for children with learning disabilities at Northaven Private School in Dallas. After retirement, she opened a ladies ready to wear store in Dallas and she enjoyed painting, golfing and sewing. Preceded in death by her husband, Hyman "Moe" Weinstein; her brother, Tom Glasser; and her sister, Syna Leah Fischbein. Survived by her 3 sons, Jack Weinstein and wife, Alicia, of Plano, TX, Hank Weinstein and wife, Tammy of Allen, TX, and Rick Weinstein of Dallas, TX; 14 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held on Friday, October 21, 2005, at Sparkman/Hillcrest Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. Rabbi William Gershon officiating. Interment Hillcrest Memorial Park, Dallas.
