Edward Halcomb, of Sapulpa, died Friday, Nov. 25, 2005 at the age of 28.
Edward was born March 9, 1967 in Sapulpa and had lived in the Sapulpa and Kellyville area all of his life. He was a carpenter and a member of the Pickett Prairie Baptist Church.
Survivors are his mother Susan Kay Martin Moss, of Sapulpa; father Charles Ray Halcomb, of Ed Dorado, Texas; daughters Destany Nicole Thomas Halcomb, of Tulsa, and Misty Gayle Thomas Halcomb, of Tulsa; grandmother, Helen Carder, of Sapulpa; sisters Dana Cupps, of Sapulpa, Kimberly Dawson, of Tulsa, and Chesay Halcomb, of El Dorado, Texas; and his favorite pal, his dog Spot.
Funeral services for Edward have been set for 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 1, 2005 in the Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Bill Oldham officiating. Interment will follow in the Kellyville Cemetery under the direction of the Smith Funeral Home.
Serving as casket bearers will be Bryan Powell, Joe Dufresne, Doug Moss, Shawn Harper, Eddie Kerr and Darren Holmes. Honorary bearers will be Ryan Powell, Michael Hayter, Shannon Howard and Roger Guinn.
