GERTRUDE ROSELLA DANIELS MARSHALL

Gertrude Rosella Marshall was born Nov. 2, 1935 in Jenks, Oklahoma and went to be the Lord on Monday, Nov. 21, 2005 after a long illness.

Rosella was preceded in death by: her husband, the Rev. James Marshall; her parents, Archie and Helen Daniels; one brother, Eugene Daniels; and one sister, Jeanetta Swartz.

She is survived by her children: Rhonda Woods and husband John of Springfield, Ohio; Debbie Agee and husband Mike; and the Rev. Noah Marshall and wife Jeannie, all of Sapulpa. She is also survived by seven grandchildren: Jay Woods, Jordan Woods, Brandon Parks, Krystal Parks, Mattie Agee, Jarrod Marshall and Jamison Marshall; and three great-granedchildren: Tayton and Braydon Parks and Dillon Woods.

She has four living brothers, Vernon Daniels, Archie Ray Daniels, Raymond Daniels and Marion Daniels, and three living sisters, Mevelene Rodgers, Mary Ann Easter and Cozetta Trolinger. She is also survived by adopted family friend Ralph Newcomb.

She has been a faithful and loving wife, mother and retired pastor's wife. She was also a longtime resident of Sapulpa. Many have made comments to the family about how she has been an awesome role model to many friends and family members.

She was a devoted member of the Sapulpa United Pentecostal Church, where she had served as a pastor's wife, church secretary and foreign missions secretary. She was a wonderful cook and supervisor of many dinners and church functions. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2005 at the Smith Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Mrs. Marshall will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 25, 2005 at the First United Pentecostal Church in Tulsa, 606 N. Denver. The Revs. E.G. Bass, John Woods and Noah Marshall will officiate.

Interment will follow in the Green Hill Memorial Gardens.

Serving as casketbearers will be Jay Woods, Brandon James Parks, Jordon Lee Woods, Jarrod Noah Marshall, Eric Shaw, Heath Stacy and John Hayworth.

Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
