The Rev. Dan and LaVerne Larremore, of Sapulpa, will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary Sunday with a church celebration and private family celebration at Christian Renewal Church.
The couple was married June 11, 1966.
LaVerne holds a bachelor's degree in elementary education. She enjoys teaching, socializing and spending time with her grandchildren. She is employed as a teacher.
Dan holds a bachelor's degree in secondary history education. He enjoys teaching, preaching, socializing and spending time with his grandchildren.
He is retired from public school teaching and is currently the pastor at Christian Renewal Church. He is involved in many civic and religious organizations.
The couple has three children, Angel Myers, Dana Hendrix, and Jayson Larremore, and three grandchildren, Jackson and Lilli Myers and Zach Hendrix.
