I, GEORGE E. PARSONS, a resident of 22297 Ralston Ct., Hayward, California, 94541, declare this to be my last Will and revoke all other Wills previously made by me:

FIRST: All of my assets & personal property are to go to my sister, Mary Francis (sic) Mayo. In the event of her death before mine, all are to go to my nephew, James M. Mayo, Jr. In either event, everything is to be distributed between the rest of my family as they may see fit. (Mary Francis Mayo 1st, James M. Mayo Jr. 2nd) In no event is my adopted step son, Michael L. Parsons to receive anything, unless, if he protests the will, he may have One Dollar. Portions of the following will be typewritten since I am a much better typest (sic) than I am a writer. Please consider it the same as handwritting (sic).

At the time of my death, I wish to be immediately Cremated, and do not wish any formal funeral service. If my loved ones wish to celebrate my memory, I hope they will do so by having a party with a few drinks to my memory.

I have no specific wishes regarding the disposition of my ashes, except, please don't make a big deal of it.

8-13-86: I appoint Mary Francis Mayo 120 E. "A" Street Jenks, Okla. 74037, Or in the event of her death before mine, James M. Mayo Jr. (Also of Jenks, Okla.) as Executor of this Will of George E. Parsons.

This Will was signed by me on the 13th day of August, 1986, at 2059 "B" Street. Hayward, CA 94541, California.

The Foregoing Instrument was, on the date thereof, signed by the testator, George E. Parsons, in our presence, we being present at the same time, and . . . he then declared to us that the said instrument was his last Will; and we, at the request of said George E. Parsons, and in his presence, and in the presence of each other, have signed the same as witnesses. We further declare that at the time of signing this will the said George E. Parsons appeared to be of sound and disposing mind and memory and not acting under duress, menace, fraud or the undue influence of any person whomsoever.
