Larry and Sue Endicott hosted an 85th birthday party for Larry's grandmother, Corda Endicott at their home Sunday evening March 16.
When asked where she was born, Mrs. Endicott says she was born March 18, 1901 in Creek County Oklahoma. She was born and raised near Jennings. Married John Endicott May 27, 1916 and the couple had seven children.
Those attending the birthday dinner were Donald and Joan Howard, Midwest City; Rick and Karen Duncum (Duncan?), Oklahoma City; Ron and Pat Moore and Rick and Susan Wescott, Edmond; J.D. Endicott, Moore; Leo and Katherine Endicott, Drumright; Olen and Opha Smith, Hallett; Connie Endicott, Stillwater and Brian Endicott of the home.
The evening was spent visiting, opening gifts and enjoying Corda's birthday cake, a painted cake decorated with a little lady sitting in a rocking chair with her basket of yarn beside her and her painting easel behind here. These are her hobbies.
