The Drumright Fair Building was the scene of the annual reunion of the George W. Shelton family June 7. A gathering of 113 descendants and friends attended the all-day affair. A pot luck dinner was served with the afternoon being spent visiting and catching up on family happenings since last year's event. Music was provided by members of the Shelton family.
Of the 11 children of George and Emily Jane Shelton, only one son, Otis Shelton is living. Otis resides at the Alva Share Convalescent Home, Alva, Ok. He was unable to make the trip, but will enjoy all the pictures of the relatives and friends that were there.
