"FAMILY HAS REUNION"

for the second consecutive year Drumright was the site for the Wilson family reunion. Out of town and state members started checking into motels in Cushing Friday and Saturday as the gathering began.

Saturday night a group of approximately 40 gathered for dinner at Joseph's followed by an evening of visiting at the club room at Penn Oaks Apartment complex.

Sunday at noon a dinner and the reunion was held.

Those attending Sunday from out of town were Fred Wilson, Okmulgee; Mike and Kathy Blake and Alisa, Cushing; Chris, Michael and Rebecca Johnson, Guthrie; Eva Wilson Ringwald, Kevin and Eva Ball, Bill and Wanda Maddux, and Mr. and Mrs. Dale L. Ringwald, Stillwater; Don and LaDonna Wilson, Bristow; John and Delores Woolery, Midwest City; Floy Woolery, Shawnee; Ruby Austin, Meeker; Mr. and Mrs. J.C. Holmes, Tulsa; John and Wilma Ringwald, Coyle; Billy and Patti Ringwald, Ada; Pauline and Glen Burker, Beaver and Val and Charles Oyster and Ellen and Jim and Eve Morgan and Marie, Glenco, Oklahoma.

Out of state guests present were Walter and Crystal Staker, Liberal, Kansas; Alma Wilson McKinley, Julia A. Hoskins and Gertrude Wilson O'Hara, Greenfield, Missouri; Lucy Twentier and Ed and Wilma Johnson, Dallas, Texas; Marvin Staten, Victoria, Texas; Chuck, Donna and Lori Britain, Garland, Texas; Lucille, Garland and Randal Terrel, Richmond, Texas; Roger Ellot and Laney Wilson, Spokane, Washington and Jack and Mozelle Wilson, Prairie Grove, Arkansas.

Drumrighters attending were Roy and Doris Shoemaker, Keith Shoemaker, Robin Brown, Freddie Wilson, Essie Wood, Homer Wilson, Vera Wilson, JoWanda, Kennie Wayne and Joshua Levi Newton, Ginger, Corey and Jessika Brown, Wanda Bennett and Bob Jones.

Due to the deaths of Jack Barker of Lavern, Oklahoma and Orvil Wilson of Boliver, Missouri and former Drumright resident the attendance was low.

The annual Wilson family reunion will be held the first weekend in May again in 1985 at Guthrie.
