TOM AND VESTA TINNIE

Vesta and Tom Tinnie will be honored at an open house
October 12 from 2 to 4:30 p.m. at the Community Center in
observance of their 25th wedding anniversary. They were
married October 12, 1961, at Drumright and have lived
here since that time. They have both been married before
and between them they have seven children, 16 grand
children and 15 great-grandchildren. All relatvies and
friends of the couple are invited to attend the celebration.

"TINNIES RENEW WEDDING VOWS"

An open house was held for Tom and Vesta Tinnie October 12 from 2-4:30 p.m. at the Community Center in observance of their wedding anniversary.

The refreshment tables were covered with lace cloths from Nottingham Palace Gift Shop, the lace capitol of the world in Nottingham, England. Gifts from a daughter-in-law, Margaret Lewis and her mother, Irene Bell. The cake was made by another daughter-in-law, Charlene Hammock.

The afternoon affair was all taped on a home video recorder as the couple renewed their wedding vows. Officiating was the Rev. Jerry Smith of the Drumright Free Will Baptist Church.

A granddaughter, Tina Hammock, of Shawnee presided at the guest book.

Four of the couple's children were the hostesses, Mr. and Mrs. O.J. Childers, Mr. and Mrs. Don Hammock, Mr. and Mrs. John Lewis and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Tinnie.
