STEEN -- Wendall, 80, passed away Saturday, October 30, 2004 in Tulsa, OK. Born June 18, 1924 in Tiger, OK to Claude and Martha Steen. Retired in 1985 as a Petroleum Engineer with Bureau of Land Management. Member of Will Rogers United Methodist Church, where he was a member of the Bridge Builders Sunday School Class. Served as a radio operator gunner in WWII Army Air Corps. He played in the Band "King's of Music." He was a wonderful husband. Preceded in death by his parents and son, Greg Steen. Survived by his loving wife, Luanne of the home and aunt, Myrtle Hamer of Tulsa, OK. Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 2, 2004 at Okmulgee City Cemetery in Okmulgee, OK.
