Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Greer were hosts at a family cookout at their home on Monday night. Guests included Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Jones, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Littlefield and family, Fern Foresman, Robbie and Rachel, and Mrs. Marsha Rupert and Jason, visiting from Tennessee.

Mrs. Ruth Cox, Beggs, was a Friday guest in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Exendine.

Visitors in the home of Mrs. Ada Harker on Saturday night were Mr. and Mrs. Sterling Herring.

Connie Allen and Robbie of Sapulpa were visitors in the home of Mrs. E.K. Allen on Tuesday.

PALS, the newly established weight reducing club, was held on Monday night at the Methodist church. There were ten members present with a weekly weight loss of 14 1/2 pounds. Ruth Ann Madison of Beggs was weekly queen.

Mrs. Rosa Cruikshank, and Mrs. Opal Raby visited with Carol Cruishank and girls on Tuesday.

Mr. and Mrs. J.E. Cumbey, Mr. Steve Cumbey, Muskogee, and Mr. and Mrs. Mike Spradley, Broken Arrow, visited with Mr. and Mrs. Roy Ward in Tulsa on Monday night.

Mrs. Dub Carr and Keli and Paula Crowell of Sand Springs visited on Friday and Saturday with Mrs. Marie Stockam and Gary.

The Quilting Club met Thursday at the Christian church. Those attending were Mrs. J.M. Cumbey, Tulsa, Adda Harker, Mrs. Haywood, Marie Crowder, Mrs. Forrest, Mrs. Varner, and Edna Herring.

Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Daniels have just returned from a short vacation to points in Oklahoma. They went through the old Fort at Fort Gibson, fished at Lake Tenkiller, Fort Gibson Lake, and visited at Fountain Head Lodge at Eufaula.

The GA's, Girls in Action, of the First Baptist Church, held their weekly meeting on Thursday morning at 10:30. The teacher is Karen Rivett and Dorothy Creason is assistant teacher. The girls are planning to attend Camp Lela at Pawnee, this month. Last week was work day at the church and next week they plan to bake cookies. This is in addition to their weekly lessons, various crafts and mission activities. They urge girls from the fourth thru seventh grades to come and join.

Mrs. Debbie Patrick visited on Monday with Mrs. Deann Heaps who lives in Tulsa.

Mrs. R.A. Daniels and Mrs. J.L. Anderson were Wednesday visitors in Okmulgee.

Mrs. Dee Tuttle visited on Sunday afternoon with Mrs. Ora Tuttle and Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Hayes in the Bartlett Memorial Convalesant Center in Sapulpa.

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Harvey and son of Oklahoma City spent the weekend with Mrs. Mabel Witt.

A birthday dinner for J.D. Chambers was held recently with Mr. and Mrs. Max Chambers, Linda Chambers and boys, and J.D., at their home.

Tonya and Tammy Inman, Tulsa, spent the night on Tuesday with Mr. and Mrs. Donald Kelsey.

Mr. and Mrs. Randy King, of Tulsa, were Monday night visitors in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Rodger McDonald, Stacey, Dawna and Shannon.

Recent visitors in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Moore were Mr. and Mrs. Bill Moore, John Wayne and Terry Allen of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Mrs. Linda Harris, Kevin and Timmy visited on Friday night in the hope of Mrs. Opal Raby, Joy and DeAwna.

Glen Robinson was a recent visitor in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Rube Robinson.

Mr. and Mrs. Neil Herring and boys and Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Matney and child of Sapulpa spent the weekend at Lake Tenkiller.

Mr. and Mrs. Coy Allen of Sapulpa were guests for lunch on Friday with Mrs. E.K. Allen.

Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Greer, Marcia Rupert and Jason and Fern Foresman, Robbie and Rachel, visited with Mr. and Mrs. Earl Greer of Stillwater, on Thursday.

A cookout was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Rodger McDonald and girls on Sunday night. Those attending were Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Daniels, Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Patrick and Deena, Hazel Stanley, Jeff and Jennie and the hosts.

Mr. and Mrs. David Exendine and Keith of Pickett Prairie visited in the homes of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Exendine and Mrs. Louie Byrd and Melita on Tuesday afternoon.

Mrs. Imogene Atkinson was a Monday visitor in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Rube Robinson.

Kevin Harris, of Jenks, was a Friday overnight guest in the home of his grandmother, Opal Raby, Joy and DeAwna.

Mrs. Vivian Cooper and Carol of Liberty Mounds visited with Mr. and Mrs. Earl Moore on Wednesday.

Mrs. Sandi McDonald visited on Monday morning in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Stubblefield and Jason of Sapulpa.

Mrs. Norma Jean Patrick was guest of honor, on her birthday, at a cookout at her home. Enjoying hamburgers were Mr. and Mrs. Pat Patrick and Richard, Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Patrick and Deena, Shannon McDonald, Mr. and Mrs. Jessie Miller and Michelle and Randy King of Tulsa.

Mrs. Raymond Boyles of Sapulpa visited on Wednesday with Mrs. Dee Tuttle and Jeanette.

Mr. and Mrs. Lester Allen of Bald Hill were Tuesday night guests in the home of Mrs. E.K. Allen.

Tuesday afternoon visitors in the home of Mrs. Neil Herring and boys were Mrs. Audrey Turner and Stacey of Sapulpa.

Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Patrick were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lawson of Jenks on Monday night.

Mrs. Harry Starr and Mrs. Jack Jones entertained the members of the Thimble Bee jointly in the home of Mrs. Jones, Thursday at noon with a picnic luncheon. This was the last meeting prior to the summer vacations. Those present were Mrs. Frank Barnes, Mrs. Ray Caueman, Mrs. L.O. McNabb, Sr., Mrs. Clara Owsley, Mrs. Ethel Crews, Mrs. Gordon Morris, Mrs. Dennis Lacey, Mrs. Don Meyers, one guest, Mrs. Ben Johnston and the hostesses.

Reba Roberts from Humboldt, Tenn., and a friend, Nell Brewer of Memphis, Tenn., were overnight guests on Wednesday in the home of Mrs. E.K. Allen.

Theda Rho Girls Club No. 2 held an election of officers at their recent meeting on Thursday night. Sue Tuttle is Advisory Officer and Dorothy Creason is assistant. The newly elected president is Lorrie Morton of Sand Springs, Leisa Tuttle was elected vice president with Donna Culbert re-elected as treasurer and Sherry Smith as secretary. Miss Gina Tuttle, acting president presided at the meeting with Sherry Smith, Becky Culbert, Dorain Creason, Sheelagh Wideman, Rhonda Anderson, Donna Culbert, Leisa Tuttle, Robin Boydston and Barbara Boydston attending. They elected their new Miss Theda Rho candidate, Miss Lorrie Morton. Leisa Tuttle is the reigning Miss Theda Rho. Lorrie leaves Tuesday on a United Nations Pilgrimage for Youth. She won the trip thru an essay contest on "What the United Nations Means to Me."

The girls have been active with trips on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons to the Sapulpa Municiple swimming pool and various other activities.

Jeff and Jennifer Stanley were Saturday overnight guests in the home of their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Stanley of Sapulpa.
