She was baptized on 4 November 1792 in the Fourth Church of Christ in Bridgewater, now the First Congregational Church, Brockton, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.²
She was the daughter of Jonathan Cary Jr. and Abigail Perkins.
Sally Cary of Bridgewater married Capt. Ziba Keith of Bridgewater, son of Benjamin Keith and Martha Cary, on 25 November 1813 in the Fourth Church of Christ in Bridgewater, now the Brockton, Plymouth County, Massachusetts . (Intention not recorded.) She was his first wife. They were second cousins.³
Sally Cary died on 26 September 1832 at age 39.⁴
She was buried in Union Cemetery, Centre Street, North Bridgewater (now Brockton), Plymouth County, Massachusetts.¹

He was released from imprisonment at Wilmington, New Hanover County, North Carolina, on 1 March 1865.¹
Samuel E. Cary married Catherine Lanning on 11 April 1871 in Trinity Church, Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts.¹
