  • Jacob Dunbar married Hannah Hayward, daughter of Joseph Hayward and Olive Manley, on 2 November 1794, as his first wife.1
  • Jacob Dunbar married on 28 October 1803 Polly, daughter of Ephraim Willis. They had eight children.3
  • Jacob Dunbar was a cooper by trade ; manufactured spinning-wheels. His house was burned in 1826, caused by scalding braiding straw.3
  • Jacob Dunbar died on 13 September 1826 at age 57.3
