- Elizabeth Gould married Stephen Perley, son of Moses Perley and Hannah Frye, on 29 June 1784, about which time, he built the house on Hovey's plain, between Pye brook and the railroad, a short distance from the latter. He owned and cultivated an extensive farm, which descended to his nephew.1
- Elizabeth Gould died on 4 April 1840 at age 87. Her will was proved 8 Apr 1840.1
