Preceded in death by two brothers, Elmer and Arthur, Jr. Mr. Rauch retired from Commonwealth Edison with 42 years of service; a World War II veteran; and member of Grace Lutheran Church of South Holland. services Tuesday (time pending) at Grace Lutheran Church, 16500 Woodlawn, South Holland, IL.
