Louis J. Spinozzi, 78, a Riverdale restaurant owner, died Friday in his Elburn home. The Chicago Heights native earned the Bronze Star and Purple Heart in the Army in World War II. After the war, he opened Louis and Mario's Restaurant in Riverdale, a business he co-owned for more than 40 years. Survivors include his wife, Dolores; a daughter, Pamela Manning; a son, Thomas; two brothers; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Hirsch Funeral Home's Lincolnway Chapel, 3501 W. Lincoln Highway, Matteson. Mass Monday in St. Lawrence O'Toole Church, 4101 St. Lawrence Ave., Matteson.
