Josephine F. Welzien, age 85, passed away on Sunday, October 13, 2013 at Advocate Sherman Hospital in Elgin. Josephine was born on April 13, 1928 in Chicago, the daughter of the late Joseph & Frances Houpy. On April 20, 1946 she married Charles J. Welzien, Sr. Chuck preceded Josephine in death on April 14, 1990 after 43 years of marriage.
