Dear Little Geo & Jo:
This is the last you will hear from me for week or more as we will leave on the Boat at 10 oclock tomorrow. all are well We hav a splendid outfit, but am afraid will be to late to go through this winter unless we will have good luck getting over the pass. There are several thousand waiting now for transportation. I went out to a park on the street railway & rode out on Lake Washington three miles there is all kind of boats out there. the water is very clear there were a lot of people bathing. the water was too cold for me to tackle. Have not seen any one that knew John Bibb and I did not look very much as was too dirty. got me a hat like I use to ware only a light colored think I look better then with a stiff one- (Hat) Would have had you write me if would have known would be here this long. as am very anxious to hear from my little Girl & boy
