Indenture between John Richardson and William Williamson 01 Nov 1799

This Indenture made the first day of November
in the year of our Lord one thousand seven
hundred and ninety nine between John Richardson
Planter of the State of Georgia and County of Bulloch
of the one part and William Williamson Planter
of the State and County aforesaid of the other part
Witnesseth that the Said John Richardson for and
in consideration of the Sum of two hundred
Dollars to him in hand paid by the Said William Williamson
the receipt whereof the Said John Richardson
doth hereby acknowledge he the Said John Richardson
hath granted bargained and sold and by these
presents doth grant bargain and Sell unto
the Said William Williamson his heirs and assigns
forever, One hundred and fifty acres of Land lying
in the fork of Scull Creek it being Part of two
tracts granted to Benjamin Richardson and was
Vacant on all sides at the time of Survey and
also two hundred acres granted to John Richardson
lying in the fork of Scull Creek adjoining the other
hundred and fifty acres and __________
mans Land, the improvements, commodities, advantages,
___________and appurtenancies
whatsoever, to the said lands above metioned
belonging or in any way appertaining to have
and to hold all and singular the premises?
above mentioned and of every part thereof
with the appurtenances unto the said William
Williamson his heirs and assigns for ever and
the John Richardson for him and his heirs ___

of against him and his heirs, and against all
and every other person and persons whatsoever
Except the aforesaid two hundred acres granted to the
Said John Richardson adjoining____
and which he the said John Richardson________

John Richardson and Nancy Richardson his wife Sign Seal and deliver
the within deed of Convenyance to William Williamson for the purpose
within mentioned and the he saw John Williams witness the Same
Sworn to before this 22d day of September 1806

and Benjamin Richardson 25 Mar 1800

This is to certify to all person that we the subscribers has
(sic) bargain (sic) and sold unto Benjamin Richardson all our
part of the Estate of Amos Richardson and Benjm Richardson
Deceased all the lands and goods and chattels both personal
and real estate for in consideration of fifty dollars each
in hand paid and in consideration hereof we do acknowledge
that we the subscribers has (sic) received full satisfaction
for all that part of the state of Amos Richardson Deceased
and Benjamin Richardson deceased that comes to our parts and
for in consideration of fifty dollars paid unto Benjamin
Richardson all our claims to the land or to any other part of
the Estate whether to personal or real. In witness hereof
we have put our hands and seals this 25th day of Mar 1800.

Indenture between Hardy Richardson and Sarah Richardson 20 Jan 1801

GEORGIA
This indenture made the 20th day of January in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and one and the twenty fifth year of American Independence
Between Hardy Richardson of the State of Georgia and County of
Bulloch of the one part and Sarah Richardson of the County
and State aforesaid planter of the other part withnessth that the said
Hardy Richardson for and in consideration of the sum of two
hundred dollars to have in hand hath by the said Sarah Richard
son the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge. Hath truly
granted bargained and sold and by these preesents do grant
bargain and Sell unto the Said Sarah Richardson a certain
tract or parcel of land containing three hundred and fifty acres
more or less situated and lying in the County of Bulloch but
Effingham at the time of survey in the said state it being
part of a three hundred acre tract and part of a two hundred
acre tract Originally granted to Benjm Richardson, Sen.
Deceaded (sic) including the plantation where the said Sarah Rich
ardson now lives and butting and bounding on all sides by Vacant
lands at the time of survey except the last two hundred acres
which was bounded N.W. by the said Benjm Richardson Sen. deceaded
lying on the North side of Scull Creek opposite the fork of said
creek with all the improvements thereon whatsoever to the same
belonging or in anyways appertaining. To have and to hold the
aforesaid land and premises and every part thereof unto the
said Sarah Richardson during her life or widowhood and thence
to her youngest son Benjamin Richardson and the said Hardy
Richardson doth warrant and forever defend the (missing)
land and premises to the aforesaid? Sarah Richardson (missing)
life or widowhood and then to her youngest son Benjamin Rich
ardson his heirs and assigns the said Hardy Richardson from
from himself his heirs and assigns forever. In witness whereof
I the said Hardy Richardson hath herewith set my hand and
seal the day and year first above written.

in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and five
between Benjamin Richardson of the state aforesaid and County
of Bulloch planter of the one part and John Woolfe of the state
aforesaid and County of Screvan planter of the other part ____
that rcvd for and in consideration of the Sum of four hundred
and twenty five dollars to his hand paid by John Woolfe the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge hath hereby granted____
____and sold and by these presents____________________
and confirm unto the said John Woolfe his heirs and assigns all
that tract of land containing three hundred and fifty acres more
or less laying and being at the time of Survey thereof in the
County of Effingham and now in Bulloch lying in the
North side of Scull Creek bordered on all sides by land vacant
of survey thereof Original granted to Benjm Richardson
hath bargained sold and conveyed unto the _____John Woolfe his

of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and five and in the
twenty ninth year of the American Independence Between James
Brantley, planter of the State of Georgia and County of Bulloch
of the one part and Benjamin Richardson planter of the State
and County aforesaid of the Other Part________that the said
James Brantley for and in consideration of the Sum of twenty
dollars to have in hand paid by the said Benjamin Richardson
the Receipt whereof the said James Brantley doth hereby ack-
nowledge and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell
two hundred acres of land lying on Scull Creek in said County
butting and bordering on all sides by Vacant Land at the
time of Survey Improvements, commodities, advantages, _______
________and appurtances whatsoever to the said land
aforementioned belonging or in any wise appartaining. To
