LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MARTIN D. HUGHES DECEASED
    I, Martin D. Hughes, of Council Bluffs, Pottawattamie County, Iowa, do hereby make, publish and declare the following as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former Wills made, at any time, by me.
    First: I direct my Executrix, hereinafter named, to pay any and all just debts which may be owing by me at the time of my death, including the expense of my last illness and funeral.
    Second: Subject to the provisions of the first paragraph, I hereby give, devise, and bequeath all of my property, real, personal and mixed, wherever located, to my wife, Grace T. Hughes, to be hers absolutely.
    Third: I hereby appoint my said wife, Grace T. Hughes, as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament without bond; and I hereby empower my said wife, as Executrix aforesaid, to sell , convey, transfer and dispose of any and all of my said Estate and property at such prices and upon such terms as she may deem best, including the power to sell and convey real estate; said authority and power by this paragraph given to my said Executrix shall be exercised by my said Executrix without the necessity of any order of any Court in which this Will may be probated.

CERTIFICATE OF PROBATE � DOMESTIC WILL
STATE OF IOWA, POTTAWATTAMIE COUNTY, SS:
    I, Chas. C. Lacy, Clerk of the District Court within and for said county and state, do hereby certify, that the within and foregoing Will of Martin D. Hughes, deceased, was on this 9th day of February, 1944, duly proved in said Court and that the same was, by said Court, decreed, established and admitted to probate, as for the Last Will and Testament of the said Martin D. Hughes, deceased, and ordered that the same, together with the Clerk�s Certificate of probate, be recorded in the Will Records of said Court, and that the same has been so recorded in Will Record �R� at page 528.
    In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said District Court at Council Bluffs, in the county and state aforesaid the 9th day of February, 1944.
