DeCoursey Is Heart Victim
Edwin Michael DeCoursey, 52, president of DeCoursey & Co., realtors, and former head of the Pure White Dairy Co. here, died of an apparent heart attack today in his home at 3806 S. Wheeling Ave.

Mr. DeCoursey had operated the real estate firm, located at 4835 S. Peoria Ave., since 1952 after selling the dairy company to the Carnation Co. of Oklahoma. He had been president of Pure White six years. He moved here from his native Kansas City, Kan., in 1946.

He was graduated from St. Benedict�s College, Atchison, Kan., and served in the Army during World War II. He was a director of the Realtors Multilist Service of Tulsa, and a member of St. Mary�s Catholic parish, Tulsa Club, Tulsa Country Club, Serra Club, Knights of Columbus and Tulsa Real Estate Board.

SURVIVING are his widow, Mary Louise; five sons, Edwin Jr., in the Navy at Miramar, Calif., Jerry, a sophomore at Regis College, Denver; John and Richard and Raymond (twins), senior and juniors at Edison High School; a daughter, Sheila of the home; his mother, Mrs. J. H. DeCoursey of Kansas City, Kan.; a brother and two sisters.

The Fitzgerald Funeral Home will announce arrangements.

Heart Attack Fatal to Firm President

Requiem mass for Edwin Michael DeCoursey, 52, president of DeCoursey & Co., realtors, will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary�s Catholic Church. He died Wednesday of an apparent heart attack in his home at 3806 S. Wheeling Ave.

Rosaries will be recited at Fitzgerald�s Funeral Home at 7:30 and 8 p.m. Thursday. Interment will be in Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

A native of Kansas City, DeCoursey came to Tulsa in 1946. He was president of Pure White Dairy Co. six years before selling it to the Carnation Co. of Oklahoma in 1952 when he began operating his real estate firm.

A graduate of St. Benedict�s College, Atchison, Kan., he served in the Army during World War II. He was a director of the Realtors Multilist Service of Tulsa, and a member of Tulsa Club, Tulsa Country Club, Serra Club, Knights of Columbus and Tulsa Real Estate Board.

Surviving are the widow, Mary Louise; five sons, Edwin M.
