Restoring in the system tray

You can right click on the taskbar (in an open area) and select properties.  One of the options under the Taskbar Options tab is to Show Clock.  Check that box and you will restore the clock in the system tray.

Setting time, date and zone

Double click on the time in the system tray.  This will bring up the window to set the time and date.  Click on the year window and use the little arrow to change the year. Click on the time digit that you want to change and use the arrow next to it to change. Clicking ok will set the time and/or date.
