Frank Fox was president of the North Rochester Civic Improvement association and auto top manufacturer at 1013 Second St. N.E. He died of pneumonia after a three-day illness. Frank was active in civic affairs having directed much effort to realization of a civic program for Rochester including creation of Silver Lake.
He was the only son of Mr. and Mrs Salmon Fox. He move to Rochester in 1916. After working in the H.S. Adams Book and Art Shop, he opened the Fox Auto Top Manufacturing shop which he operated for 13 years. He was an active church worker and was a member of the Methodist Episcopal church for 40 years.

Relatives from out of town who attended the funeral of Frank L. Fox, president of the North Rochester Civic Improvement association and auto top manufacturer who died Saturday, included Mr. and Mrs. Austin Cravath, St. Paul; Mr. and Mrs. Charles McKeeby, Faribault; Mr. and Mrs. Ray Best and family, Mr. and Mrs. R. Burke, F. Burke, Chatfield; Mrs Walter Fox, Clarion, Iowa; Mrs. C. Andrews, Buffalo, NY; Mrs. Jerry Roberts, Los Angeles, Calif; F. White and daughter, Red Wing. Services were conducted yesterday morning.
