     Note:   The census records for Chatfield, Fillmore Co., MN in l 880 lists her as Philinda Page, a widow, living with her daughter Arminda and son-in-law James David.

CONFLICTING INFORMA'I'ION: In the 1880 census it is written that her parents were born in Massachusetts. If this is correct, with the information l know, Elihu Cary is not her Father.

Burial:

Birthdate & Place, Maiden Name, Death Date & Place: Personal knowledge of Roger M. Rose, Great Grandson of Philinda Carey, thru her daughter, Emiline. This information is also listed on her Death Certificate, a copy in the possessiion of Kathryn Carlson Gintner. Her Obituary, Saturday, February 16, 1889, stated that she was born March 10, 1810 in Orange Co. NY.

According to Roger, she was married in 1862 to a man with the last name of Page who was a veternarian. Her death cert. lists her as a widow, with the last name of Page. The first name is typed as "Fulda"

The Census records for Chatfield, Fillmore Co., MN in 1860 lists her as Philinda Chapman, and she is living with her daughter Arminda and son-in-Law James David and their daughter, Lucy.

The Census records for Chatfield, Fillmore Co., MN in 1880 lists her as Philinda Page, a wido, living with her daughter Arminda and son-in-law James David.

Conflicting Information: In the 1880 census it is written that her parents were born in Massachusetts. If this is correct, with the information I know, Elihu Cary is not her Father.

According to her Obituary, she settled with her husband, Benjamin Chapman in Chatfield in the Spring of 1856.

There was another listing giving the year 1809. Per above, it apparently is incorrect.

Death Note:

Death Certificate filed March 12, 1889 lists Fulda Page as Widowed. Father N. Caray. Date of Death confirmed as February 11, 1889.
