WILL PLEAD INSANITY.
Orange City, Iowa, Feb. 17 -- Mrs. Alice Blood, charged with the
murder of her husband, George H. Blood, will be tried here at the
current term of the district court of Sioux county. The killing
occurred on the morning of Sept. 16. Blood was sitting at the
breakfast table at the time and was shot from behind. That the act
was committed by his wife is not questioned. The defense will be
based on the ground of insanity.
