1. Ainsworth Cemetery - Sec. 3. Located on County Trunk T, Good condition.

2. Arbutus Cemetery - Sec 34. Located on County Trunk T & Hwy 55. New
Antigo Township

1. Antigo City Cemetery - Sec. 29. Located in the city of Antigo. Condition is good.

2. Elmwood Cemetery - Sec. 33. Located on the S.E. corner of the city of Antigo (Forrest Ave.). Well kept.

3. Stengl/Bohemian Cemetery - Sec. 31 Located on Western Avenue, south of Hwy. 64, west of city limits of Antigo. Well kept.

4. Queen of Peace Cemetery - Sec. 29. Located on the north side of the Antigo City cemetery. Well kept.
Elcho Township

1. Village & Holy Family Catholic Cemetery - Sec. 18. Located on County Trunk K, east of Elcho. Fair to good condition.

Evergreen Township

1. Adkins Cemetery (Keaton) - Sec. 14. Located approx. 500 Ft. off Hwy. 64, 2-1/4 miles east of Elton. Small cemetery with many graves, only about eight markers. Poor condition.

2. Porter Cemetery - Sec. 15 Located 1-1/2 miles east of Elton on Hwy. 64 (Jessie Maddix farm). Only one large marker fenced in, approx. 500 Ft. south of the buildings. Fair condition.

3. Sherry Cemetery - Sec. 7. Located on Sherry Road, 2 miles N.W. of Elton. Poor condition.

4. Brown/Rose Cemetery - Sec. 2. Located 40 rods off Fraley Road, 2 miles N.E. of Elton. Poor condition.

5. St. Joseph of Elton Cemetery - Sec. 16. Located 1/2 mile east of Elton on Hwy. 64. Cemetery in fair to good condition.
Langlade Township

1. Lily Cemetery - Sec. 35. Located on Hwy. 55, south of Lily. Good condition.

2. St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery - Sec. 7. Located in Pickerel. Good condition.
Neva Township

1. St. Wencels Catholic Cemetery - Sec. 29. Located at intersection of County Trunk A & B at Neva Corners, 1/4 mile north of Hwy. 45-47, five miles north of Antigo. Good condition.

2. Bohemian National of Neva Cemetery - Sec. 29. Located adjacent to the St. Wencels cemetery on the north side divided only by a few rows of pine trees. Good condition.

3. Star Neva Town Cemetery - Sec. 22. Located on County Trunk A, 1/2 mile east of Neva. Good condition.
Norwood Township

1. Norwood Town Cemetery - Sec. 21. Located on Valley Road, west of County Trunk S two miles N.W. of Phlox. Good condition.

2. St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery - Sec. 26. Located in the village of Phlox. Good condition.
Parrish Township

1. Parrish Cemetery - Sec. 17. Located in the woods off River Drive, just south of Parrish. Poor condition.
Peck Township

1. Badger (Peck ) (Ormsby) Cemetery - Sec. 17. Located corner of Badger & Town Forest Road, north of Hwy. C, 7 miles east of the Lincoln county line. Fair to good condition.
Polar Township

1. St. John's Lutheran Cemetery - Sec. 21. Located southwest of Polar on County Trunk S. Well kept.

2. St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery - Sec. 33. Located on County Trunk S, S.W. of Polar. Well kept

3. Evergreen(Polar) Cemetery. Sec. 33. Located on County Trunk S, S. W. of Polar.

Price Township

1. Bent Cemetery - Sec. 32. Located on the intersection of County Trunk S & B) one mile north of Bryant. Good condition.
Rolling Township

1. Hall Pioneer Cemetery - Sec. 15. Located County Trunk D, off Hwy. 45, two miles south of Antigo. Well kept.

2. Elmhurst Cemetery - Sec. 21. Located west of Hwy. 45 on Bear Lake Road, four miles south of Antigo. Fair to good condition.

Summit Township

1. Summit Town Cemetery - Sec. 16. Located on County Trunk H. Good condition.

Upham Township

1. Lakeside (Summit Lake) Cemetery - Sec. 2. Located on Maywood Road in Summit Lake. Good condition.

2. Lakeside (Kempster) Cemetery - Sec. 36. Located on County Trunk B, just north of Kempster. Good condition.

Vilas Township

1. Forest View Cemetery - Sec. 20. Located on County Trunk C, 1-1/2 miles east of the Lincoln County line. Fair to good condition.

Wolf River Township

1. Village Langlade Cemetery - Sec. 10. Located 1/2 mile east of 64, to Settlement Road then 1/4 mile south. Good

2. St. James Catholic Cemetery - Sec. 20. Located in the village of White Lake. Good condition.

3. St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery - Sec. 3. Located about 1/2 mile east of Langlade on Hwy. 64. About 5 markers in churchyard. Good condition.
