William EAGLE born 1748 looking for birth in Norfolk area

see 1798 William EAGLE of Norfolk marries Ann Brand

2012 based on age and that he vanishes from Norfolk it could be that William was born 1748/9 William EAGLE in Rushford Norfolk and his parents were 1711 Henry Eagle who married Ester Keller in 1745 re 1748/9 William EAGLE in Rushford Norfolk but Wm and Ann Brand's own family have none of the names of William of Rushford's family.

So 2021 we have found new parent's which are the ones now shown on my tree
1752 William EAGLE marriage to Sarah Hovel and birth of son William 1753 Norfolk

East Dereham

First I found this man 1747 William EAGLE in East Dereham Norfolk but looks like he married in 1766 and was still having children from 1770 to 1792. His widow died in 1827. Originally I did think the Mary of 1766 died in 1772 but she still seems to be there. Of course 1772 death may mean Wm of 1747 was free to go off to Scotland but then who are the couple with the children......
William and Mary are good names but their children

There was also two William's sons of William and Sarah in 1760s - but their siblings names do not match our family

Rushford

1748/9 William EAGLE from Rushford Norfolk looked good as age is good and he seems to disappear from Norfolk as do his whole family. But the parents were Henry and Hester and sister Elizabeth. So our name criteria not met.

Later Years in Norfolk

see 1760/70s William EAGLE in Norfolk in Hockwold and West Tofts again no confirmation by name patterns

Conclusion

perhaps more data for Norfolk will emerge...

Research for William EAGLE born around 1748 looking for birth in Norfolk went nowhere.
perhaps in next county going south, They are all East Anglia

FreeREG as of 3/2012 does not have a good coverage of Suffolk

LDS has data from England Births and Christenings, 1538-1975 so sometimes imprecise - just county

EUSTON Suffolk Just across Norfolk border

Euston was also involved with the Rushford Wm - his parents married in Euston
