Mary ELLSTONE married John RUSSELL 28 Nov 1815 at All Saints,
Northampton.
Then recently we found
Burial Mary RUSSELL 34 INFIRMARY 23 Jun 1821 Northampton St. Sepulchre C
of E ST GILES fits birth in 1786/7
Can anyone find her birth for me please

According to the Northamptonshire Marriage Index John RUSSELL and Mary ELLSTON were both of the parish of All Saints, Northampton. There are a couple of other female marriages, i.e an Elizabeth ELSTON married a Samuel TOWNLEY on 29 April 1822 at Northampton St Giles and a Jane ELSTON married a Richard SHARP on 8 September 1834 at Northampton All Saints, which may be connected.
Looking for male ELSTON marriages at around the relevant time, i.e. prior to 1787
marriage of an Arthur ELSTON, otp, bachelor to a Martha OBLEY, otp, spinster on 20 February 1782 at Northampton All Saints and one for a Joseph ELSTON, otp, bachelor & a Christiana STANTON, otp, spinster on 30 June 1758 at Northampton All Saints, by licence - perhaps Arthur's father??

There is another family of Stanton there also
And Collyweston is near Stamford - or just west of RAF Wittering my base for National Service.
But a long way from Northampton itself - however this Christiana only one comes up in the county and actually not many over the years in England and around 1700s only one other also 1736 but in Cornwall
