Following reply received May 2003 - Thank you for your kind thought in contacting us. I was aware of this marriage of Elizabeth Parrott to William Lanksheer 26 Jan 1799 at Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, and strangely enough, there is an identical reference to this marriage in Ipswich, Suffolk. I cannot adequately explain this dual record of the marriage unless one of the couple had a tie with Ipswich.
Unfortunately I know nothing more about Elizabeth Parrott. Regards John Perrott,

The reference to Kutman is not understand - 2 May 2003 I asked Oxford List
for advice and they said Kutman is an unknown name
However the marriage is quite clear and 1773 was date we had in original
gedcom but now we know 1773 William died as infant

and in Kencot - that sounds like a word very close to Kutman so I am going with
this man for 1799 marriage
