I can only assume that this Harriet is the one who goes to Tasmania to marry
Horatio Mason and to be with Dr John and Mary.

I think its clearly Harriet Mason (Lankshear) so the question is who is John
Benson.
1823 HARRIET LANKSHEAR in Tasmania marriage
to HORATIO WILLIAM MASON
Perhaps a fellow student of John Margetts? But it is great that John Margetts
accepts Harriet and initially in Tasmania Harriett calls him Uncle but later he
becomes father.
Did John return all the way to London to bring Harriett to Tasmania? If so
perhaps he arranged the baptism. Harriett would have left England soon after the
baptism. The father is shown as John and a Doctor - could the Benson be a
misunderstanding of course Mary married Dr Margetts in December 1800 and
Harriett born in February 1800. hmmmm
Looking for John Benson an 1805 directory in trades list a Joseph who is in medicine albeit a surgeon
Of course perhaps the J above is for John but what the Sun means in Devereux
Court I know not.
There were coffee houses there which became legal Chambers and a pub George's
